Nephrological Associates welcomed Dr. Stack in 2018, merging his experience and stature in Morris County with the depth and breadth of our comprehensive kidney disease care model. Dr. Stack completed both undergraduate (Magna Cum Laude) and medical degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. He then went on to post-graduate training at Lenox Hill Hospital for Internal Medicine, followed by The Rogosin Kidney Center of NY Hospital/Cornell Medical Center for fellowship in Nephrology/Hypertension.
Dr. Stack has served as the Medical Director at the Fresenius Kidney Care Parsippany and East Morris units. He is currently board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine and has been honored by his peers as a New Jersey Monthly Magazine “Top Doctor.” Dr. Stack is seeing patients at both our Morristown (25 Lindsley Dr) and Florham Park (83 Hanover Rd) offices.
