Dr. Romaka joined Nephrological Associates in 2019 after completing his Nephrology fellowship at Mount Sinai/Icahn School of Medicine in New York City. He previously completed his Internal Medicine residency at Northwell Health/Lenox Hill Hospital where he also served as Associate Chief Resident and was named Resident of the Year. Prior to fellowship he worked as a hospitalist in the Northwell Health System. He graduated Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy, and received his medical degree from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine.
In his free time, Dr. Romaka enjoys playing golf and watching sports. He also enjoys fantasy football, trivia, cooking, reading, singing, and spending time with his wife and his dog, Michelangelo.​
